During our recent family vacation at Ducks & Drakes, we found a cozy hideaway to unwind after exploring the stunning Mt Taranaki. The kids enjoyed the nearby parks, especially the renowned Pukekura Park, just a pleasant stroll from the hotel. We were impressed with the hospitality; Brett was especially engaging and kept the atmosphere light and fun. The common area was spacious and inviting for our family to gather after a day of adventures. While the soft mattresses weren't my personal preference, the rooms were well-kept and provided extra blankets for comfort. The kitchen was adequately stocked, allowing us to prepare family meals. If you're seeking a home away from home while exploring the local surfing spots along Surf Highway 45 and nearby golf clubs, Ducks & Drakes is a great base for families.
